If you are placing an order online, you do not need to turn in a form to the school.

Portrait Days:  September 8 & 10 (in school students)

September 11, 12 (online students) (5pm to 5:45pm at the school)

All orders placed after September 17 will be subject to a $10 late fee.

Personality Portraits, Inc. will choose the best image of your student and print it for you to enjoy for a lifetime.  We do not print or show proofs.  Trust us!  We have been doing CSCA's portraits for 15 years and have a very successful track record.
