If you are placing an order online, you do not need to turn in a form to the school.

Portrait Days:  September 30 and October 1, 2019

All orders placed after October 10 will be subject to a $10 late fee.

 

Personality Portraits, Inc. will choose the best image of your student and print it for you to enjoy for a lifetime.  We do not print proofs.  Trust us!  We have been doing Calvary's portraits for a LONG time and have a successful track record.
